The RBK 16 can be used to weld tube to tube sheet joints with inside and outside fillets with flush fitted, recessed and protruding tubes. It can be used for welding inside diameters from 10mm to 78mm. The optional wire feed unit is integrated into the weld head and rotates with the torch assembly. The RBK 20 can be used to weld tube to tube sheet joints with inside and outside fillets with flush fitted, recessed and protruding tubes. It can be used for welding inside diameters from 10mm to 78mm. The optional wire feed unit is integrated into the weld head in a fixed position (does not rotate with the torch assembly). OSK4TK Tube ToTubesheet Fusion Weld Head
The OSK4TK weld head is a combination of the OSK65W enclosed water cooled weld head and the 4TK kit;
comprising electrode holder, nose ring and pneumatic mandrel actuating assembly.
This method of producing autogenous tube to tubesheet joints provides a high quality,
very clean weld and is particularly suited to Titanium applications because the entire weld
circumference is contained within a fully inert environment during welding.
This head can be used for tube diameters from 15.0mm to 50.0mm ID, a mandrel assembly is required to complete the package.
